Our Method

    • Bring your comfy socks. Keep your hair unwashed, and wear loose clothing.

    • The building has a free parking lot

    • A trichologist is a healthcare professional who specializes in the study and treatment of hair and scalp conditions. They have knowledge and experience in the structure, function, and diseases of the hair and scalp. They provide holistic treatments, lifestyle advice, and can work closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care for hair loss.

    • Head spa treatments can be customized by adjusting the type of scalp massage, adding aromatherapy, selecting specific products, and incorporating different techniques therapist can tailor the experience based on the client's needs and hair type.

    • We use Milbon, a leading Japanese professional haircare brand known for its salon-exclusive products and treatments. They focus on developing scientifically-backed formulas to repair damaged hair and enhance hair health, working closely with salon professionals to create innovative hair care solutions.

    • Milbon’s scalp treatments provide a deep exfoliation to remove buildup, excess oils, and flakes while rebalancing the scalp to create a healthier environment for hair growth. The 5-step hair treatment system uses patented technology to reconstruct and repair the hair from within, restoring strength and vitality.

    • Hopefully someday. But for now, we are one room and one bed suite

    • Cell phones are best kept on silent and on the table. Remove necklaces and any earrings that you may not want to get wet.

    • We want you to feel so relaxed that you can fall asleep.

    • We offer Spring water, sparkling flavored water, and hot tea.

    • It depends on your needs. For general maintenance, once a month is usually enough. However, if you’re dealing with significant scalp issues, discomfort, or hair loss/thinning, we may recommend visits every two weeks for more targeted care.
